When you make Acropolis responsible for your network, you pay us to make sure things run smoothly and when it doesn't, it is our responsibility. If your existing provider charges you for every service call and charges you more when you have after-hour emergencies, what is their incentive to ever fix things permanently when they stand to make more money each time something breaks? We are fundamentally different, because you are paying us to make sure things run smoothly; when something breaks, it costs us, not you. There is no better incentive for us to make sure we do things right and solve the core problem.
