Our Advanced and Universal plans offer fixed- fee, "all you" can eat service for the critical devices on your network (servers, firewall, routers, etc..) and for your computers and employees that work on those devices. Regardless of the number of hours we spend, emergencies we respond to, or time of day (or night) we respond, your monthly cost doesn't change.
